The Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission has issued the "Beijing Municipal Private Economy Promotion Regulations" and opened it up to public opinion. The regulations propose, in terms of factor support, to encourage the use of methods such as long-term leasing, lease before letting, and flexible lease terms to ensure the reasonable land use needs of private economic organizations. It allows qualified private economic organizations to carry out title self-assessment according to regulations, and provide public data equally to private economic organizations. In terms of innovative development, it will open up major scientific research infrastructure and other technological resources to private economic organizations, and support them in fair participation in the development and utilization of scene resources.
