Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Venture Capital Fund has been established with an initial size of 1 billion yuan.

It was learned from Shanghai Guotou Company that Shanghai Guotou Company's subsidiary, Shanghai Kechuang Group, and Jiading Industrial Zone Group have jointly established the Shanghai Kechuang Source VC Fund. It is reported that the first phase of the Shanghai Kechuang Source VC Fund has a scale of 1 billion yuan, and is managed by Shanghai Zixin Source Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Kechuang Group, as the GP and fund manager.
