Lao Bai Gan Wine announced that the company held its 2025 annual shareholders' meeting on May 19, 2026, electing the non-independent directors and independent directors of the ninth board of directors, together with the employee directors, to form the ninth board of directors for a term of 3 years. On the same day, the first meeting of the ninth board of directors was held, electing Wang Zhangan as chairman, Zhao Xudong and Zhang Yuxing as vice chairmen, determining the composition of various special committees, appointing Zhao Xudong as general manager, Zhang Chunsheng and others as deputy general managers, Wu Dongzhuang as chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors, and Liu Baoshi as securities affairs representative, with a term concurrent with the board of directors.
