Wisdom Finance APP news, Lianlian Digital (02598) announced that the group has obtained the third-party payment license (the license) issued by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). The license authorizes the company to provide or operate payment accounts, conduct payment transactions, issue payment instruments, arrange for the receipt of money services for others, provide account information services, and provide regulated activities such as payment initiation services throughout the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) region.
