Yongjin shares: Plan to invest 1.151 billion yuan to establish Zhejiang Yongjin Precision Technology Co.,Ltd.

Yongjin shares announced that it plans to establish Zhejiang Yongjin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. with an investment of 1.151 billion yuan to build a "annual production of 100,000 tons of precision metal new material industrialization project". The project will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase designed to have a production capacity of 60,000 tons and a construction period of 24 months; the second phase designed to have a production capacity of 40,000 tons with a construction period of 12 months.
