Recently, a passenger in Shanghai encountered multiple violations such as mismatched driver and vehicle, forced offline transactions, and verbal threats when taking a Caocao ride-hailing car at Hongqiao Airport, causing concern. Caocao Travel responded to Interface News that the incident had been closed-loop processed in April, and the vehicle involved was dispatched on multiple ride-hailing platforms at the same time, not being a driver owned by Caocao Travel.
