China Unicom Shanghai Branch releases a fully domestically produced "national core, national model, national cloud" security platform, launching diversified computing power services, multiple token products, and integrated packages.

On May 16, 2026, the China Unicom Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Innovation Ecology Conference was held. In terms of computing power and security ecosystem construction, Shanghai Unicom, together with the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, the Shanghai Computing Power Network Association, and multiple industrial chain enterprises, jointly released the full-stack domestication "National Chip National Model National Cloud" security base. Leveraging the Lingang Smart Computing Center, nearly a hundred industry large models have been localized, aiming to build an autonomous and controllable, secure and reliable artificial intelligence infrastructure system to provide security support for the high-quality development of the Shanghai artificial intelligence industry. During the conference, Shanghai Unicom also released a full-stack AI product system for government and enterprises, launched diversified computing power services, multiple Token products, and integrated packages, initiated a computing power universal action, and upgraded model services, data platforms, and smart supermarkets, covering the entire process of data governance, model invocation, and application development, helping enterprises achieve lightweight and low-cost digital transformation.
