Dongfang Electric and Shanghai Jiao Tong University jointly establish the "Center for Thermal Science and Frontier Technology Research" to solve the bottleneck problem of heat dissipation.

On May 16, Far East Group and its subsidiary Far East Electric Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University to jointly establish the "Center for Thermal Science and Frontiers Technology." The goal of this cooperation is to leverage the advantages of both the university and the enterprise in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, as well as the engineering application of these technologies, focusing on key issues such as heat dissipation in high-power scenarios such as chips, servers, and systems caused by the surge in AI computing power. According to the agreement, both parties will collaborate on the research and exploration of core technologies related to thermal management materials.
