According to the announcement from Dalian, on May 15th, the 6th "Invest in Liaoning" Conference, jointly organized by the Liaoning Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Dalian Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dalian. The conference released the "Liaoning Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade Report on Helping to Optimize the Business Environment," summarizing the work of the provincial council in expanding its international network, facilitating business connections, providing legal support, building think tanks, and resolving issues. The conference also announced the first-ever "Invest in Liaoning" Conference Investment Promotion Project Directory, covering various sectors such as high-end equipment, new materials, digital economy, artificial intelligence, cross-border e-commerce, ice and snow tourism, health industry, modern agriculture, and urban renewal. Additionally, they released the "Liaoning Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and Liaoning Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade's Measures to Support Liaoning Entrepreneurs Going Global," focusing on the difficulties and challenges faced by Liaoning entrepreneurs going global, and introducing 16 effective support measures in areas such as market expansion, policy support, legal services, financial support, and channel connections. During the conference, 10 key areas within Liaoning, including the Dalian Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone, conducted special investment promotion presentations.
