US stocks close: three major indices all close lower

As for the "Big Tech Seven Sisters": Microsoft rose 3.04%, Apple rose 0.69%, Meta Platforms fell 0.65%, Google fell 0.99%, Amazon fell 1.20%, Nvidia fell 4.40%, and Tesla fell 4.76%.
