LanSi Technology: Shareholder Changsha Qunxin has donated 3.9 million shares to the Yongzhou City Charity Association.

On May 14, Blue Technology announced that it had received a notice from its shareholder Changsha Qunxin Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. Changsha Qunxin had signed a "targeted donation agreement" with Yongzhou Charity Federation and Yongzhou Cultural Tourism Radio and Television Sports Bureau, planning to donate 3.9 million shares of Blue Technology's unrestricted tradable A-shares to Yongzhou Charity Federation to support the upgrade and renovation of the sports stadium in Yongzhou. On May 14, the company received a "securities transfer registration confirmation" from China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., confirming that the transfer procedures for Changsha Qunxin's donation of 3.9 million shares of unrestricted tradable A-shares to Yongzhou Charity Federation had been completed.
