The announcement of Dongfang Risun stated that the fourth meeting of the fifth Board of Directors of the company was held on May 14, 2026, and approved a number of personnel appointment proposals. It was agreed to appoint Qiu Xin as the president of the company; appoint Wang Gendi, Wang Haifei, Xu Min, Yang Bochuan, and Chen Bihua as vice presidents of the company; appoint Zhou Yinning as the secretary of the board of directors of the company; and appoint Zhang Xuli as the chief financial officer of the company, with terms ending on the expiration of the fifth Board of Directors.
