According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on May 14, the China Passenger Car Association and Wilson jointly released the March 2026 monthly report on the new energy vehicle industry. In March, the sales volume of passenger cars was 1.47 million, a year-on-year decrease of 21.5% and a month-on-month increase of 28.7%. In March, the sales volume of new energy vehicles was about 790,000, a year-on-year decrease of 17.7% and a significant month-on-month increase of 85.6%. In March, the sales volume of new energy vehicles accounted for 54.3% of the total passenger car sales, an increase of 16.5% from the previous month, and a 2.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
