Xiang Hong was born in 1995, holds a postgraduate degree, and has obtained the Board Secretary Training Certificate issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He has previous work experience at Dongwu Securities and other companies. As of the date of the announcement, Xiang Hong does not hold any company shares and has no related relationships with other directors, supervisors, senior executives, or major shareholders of the company. Effective immediately, Chairman and General Manager Qiu Wenyuan will no longer serve as the secretary of the board of directors.
