Yunzhong Technology: Chen Yan resigns as the company's chief financial officer, and Yan Rongkun will take over.

Yunzhong Technology announced on May 14th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the Board Secretary cum Chief Financial Officer, Yan Chen. In order to comply with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Supervision of the Board Secretary of Listed Companies", and due to work adjustments, Yan Chen applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company. After resignation, she will continue to serve as the Board Secretary of the company. The company held its fifth meeting of the third session of the Board of Directors on May 14th, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on Changing the Company's Chief Financial Officer", agreeing to appoint Rongkun Yan as the company's Chief Financial Officer for a term from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the expiration of the term of the third session of the Board of Directors.
