KeLi Sensing announced that the company's Chief Financial Officer, Chai Xiaofei, resigned on May 14, 2026 for personal reasons and no longer holds any position in the company. As of the date of the announcement, Chai Xiaofei does not hold any shares, has no outstanding commitments, and has completed the handover work.
