Hong Kong public housing comprehensive waiting time shortened to 4.7 years, the lowest record in over 8 years.

According to the Wise Financial APP, on May 14th, the Hong Kong Housing Authority announced that the latest quarter's comprehensive waiting time for public housing was 4.7 years, a decrease of 0.4 years from the previous quarter, and also the lowest record in over 8 years. Compared to the high of 6.1 years before the current term of the government, the comprehensive waiting time for public housing has been shortened by nearly a year and a half, and for the first time is below 5.0 years.
