According to the Qichacha app, recently, Huayan Robot Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Guangneng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 35 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing and sales of industrial robots, research and development of intelligent robots, and sales of intelligent robots. Equity penetration information from Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Huanyan Robot.
