Hong Kong stocks closed at midday, with the Hang Seng Index up 0.26% and the Hang Seng Technology Index up 0.52%. The Hang Seng Stock Connect ETF Huatai fell 0.22%, while the Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology ETF Penghua fell 0.42%. In terms of sectors, household products and maritime transportation sectors performed well, while hotel and resort REITs and personal care products sectors saw declines. On the individual stock side, Biosino-P rose 146.86%, Uni-Bio-B rose 117.71%, King's Flair International rose 17.89%, Dahua CNC rose 16.76%, and Times Electric rose 15.86%. China Star Group fell 17.12%, Guofu Quantum fell 10.67%, HC Biotech-B fell 9.09%, Zejing Group fell 8.54%, and EnvisionTEC fell 7.54%.
