China Mobile Deng Chao: Building a safe and trustworthy intelligent foundation to serve the "AI+" action plan.

Recently, the sub-forum "New Dialogue AI Ideation Exchange" of the 2026 World Brand Moganshan Conference was held in Deqing, Zhejiang. Many guests gathered together, covering various cutting-edge fields such as AI large models, intelligent manufacturing, VR technology, smart health, digital culture, and more. Deng Chao, deputy general manager of China Mobile Communications Group's digital intelligence business unit, stated that artificial intelligence is driving profound changes in productivity and production relations, and central enterprises need to accelerate the construction of a safe and trustworthy intelligent foundation, fully serving the national "AI+" action plan and the construction of a new form of intelligent economy. Deng Chao said that "AI+" has been included in the national strategy, covering six key areas including technology, industry, and people's livelihood, with intelligent economy becoming a new growth pole. Currently, AI is entering a turning point in intelligent body outbreak, with significantly improved autonomous planning and execution capabilities, and the human-machine relationship is shifting from "human + AI tools" to "human AI employees," with organizational forms accelerating towards "symbiosis between humans and machines," fundamental changes in hardware and software interactions, services, and business models. He believes that the stronger the autonomy of AI, the higher the risk, and safety and trust are prerequisites for the large-scale application. China Mobile focuses on three major directions: native safety and trust, full-stack localization, and deep empowerment of industries, building the "Nine Heavens" large model system to achieve end-to-end safety and trust. In terms of practices, China Mobile has launched Lingxi intelligent body and other digital life services, building large models in fields such as information and communication, government affairs, energy, agriculture, medical care, and logistics to empower various industries and help the domestic AI ecosystem mature. Deng Chao stated that China Mobile will continue to strengthen the foundation of safe and trustworthy intelligence, using AI's native capabilities to promote industry upgrades and provide solid support for the high-quality development of the intelligent economy.
