According to the Wise Finance and Economics APP, UBS has released a research report stating that the target price of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (00823.HK) has been raised from 42 Hong Kong dollars to 47.2 Hong Kong dollars to reflect potential asset circulation and share buyback plans, with a "buy" rating.
