Its business scope includes information technology consulting services, environmental consulting services, energy management services, software development, certification services, electronic certification services, etc. According to the equity penetration of Qichacha, the company is jointly held by Baotou Zhengxin Investment Group Co., Ltd., Yuanjing Energy Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Xin Yuanjing Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary.
