Today, it was learned by reporters that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, in response to the bottleneck issues such as unstable quality in large-scale manufacturing of automotive powertrains in China and the reliance on import standards for intelligent assembly line design and manufacturing, the State Administration for Market Regulation has organized domestic leading scientific and technological forces to carry out research on the integration of reliability and quality of domestic high-end CNC machine tool intelligent assembly lines. The research team has made breakthroughs in key technologies such as adaptive dynamic mapping of machine tool accuracy and quality parameters under complex working conditions, and modeling of manufacturing error flow in multiple processes, revealing the coupling mechanism between assembly line reliability degradation and product accuracy retention. They have established an equipment fault diagnosis technology with "end-edge-cloud" collaboration and a digital twin system that integrates virtual and real worlds, and developed a dynamic production operation collaborative optimization platform that supports quality control, reliability assessment, and intelligent maintenance, achieving autonomous control over real-time detection and maintenance decisions for intelligent assembly lines. Currently, the research results have been applied to the production lines of powertrains for new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles in related enterprises, with an average uninterrupted working time exceeding 2500 hours and equipment comprehensive efficiency exceeding 85%, effectively supporting the technological iteration and quality improvement of domestic high-end CNC machine tools and intelligent assembly lines.
