The US ITC issues final ruling on the 337 part of ink cartridges and their components II.

On May 8, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that a 337 partial final ruling was made on certain ink cartridges and their components II: a partial review of the initial ruling made by the administrative judge on March 24, 2026, that is, whether the applicant meets the economic criteria of domestic industry status in the United States, while the other parts are not reviewed. Interested parties, government agencies, and individuals are invited to submit comments on the review, suggested remedies, public interest, bonds, etc. in writing by no later than May 22, 2026, not exceeding 50 pages.
