Fudan Microelectronics: Plans to jointly build an innovation center with Fudan University and Guosheng Investment with an investment of 1 billion yuan.

Fudan Microelectronics announced that it plans to sign a cooperation agreement with Fudan University and Guosheng Investment to establish the "Fudan-Fudan Micro" Jointly Build the "Fudan University Integrated Circuit Engineering Technology Integration and Innovation Center" Phase I project, to carry out research and development in the cutting-edge field of integrated circuits. The company will provide up to 1 billion yuan in cooperation funding to the center, with a cooperation period of 60 months. Fudan University will apply for key research and development projects and financial grants for the center. This cooperation constitutes a related party transaction, does not constitute a significant asset restructuring, has been approved by the board of directors, and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. The cooperation carries risks such as effectiveness, progress, and industrialization.
