Yuto Optical: Changes in the equity of shareholders holding more than 5% and their concerted actors affecting 1%

Yuton Optics announced that there have been changes in the equity interests of shareholders holding more than 5%, Zhang Pingguang and his concerted action person Zhang Pinzhang, from November 7, 2024 to May 8, 2026. The conversion of "Yuton Convertible Bonds" has resulted in an increase in the total share capital of the company, and the total shareholding proportion of the two individuals has been passively diluted. From July 10, 2025 to September 1, 2026, and from April 3, 2026 to May 8, 2026, the two individuals respectively reduced their holdings by 2.29826 million shares and 780,000 shares. The total shareholding proportion of the two individuals decreased from 13.53% to 11.96%, with some of the reduction plans completed and some still outstanding, without violating any relevant commitments.
