Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau: Issued a warning letter to Hangzhou Guanyi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.

On May 9th, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau website announced the decision to issue a warning letter to Hangzhou Guanyi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. After investigation, the company was found to have engaged in the following behaviors in the operation of private equity fund business: some funds managed by the company had non-employees involved in fundraising and investment management; some funds managed by the company had deficiencies in investor suitability materials; some funds managed by the company did not fulfill the information disclosure obligations as agreed in the partnership agreement, and did not hold partner meetings as agreed in the partnership agreement. According to relevant regulations, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take the measure of issuing a warning letter to supervise and manage the company, and to record it in the securities and futures market integrity file.
