The People's Bank of China solicits public opinions on the "Regulations on National Unified Centralized Account Management System Operations."

According to the website of the central bank, in order to strengthen the construction of financial rule of law and improve the legal system of central banks, the People's Bank of China plans to formulate the "Administrative Measures for the National Unified Central Account Management System Business Processing" and is now seeking public opinions.
