The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approves the technical test frequencies of the sixth generation mobile communication system.

In order to further promote the research and development, standard formulation, and industrialization of 6G technology in China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently approved the use of 6GHz frequency band for 6G test frequency by the IMT-2030 promotion group, supporting the conduct of 6G technology experiments in some regions in accordance with the typical scenarios and key performance indicators of 6G determined by the International Telecommunication Union. This approval of 6G technology test frequency will greatly promote the high-quality development of 6G in China.
