Deepen Intelligence Technology conducts an IPO hearing at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Beijing Shenyen Intelligent Technology passed the listing hearing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and plans to list on the main board of Hong Kong, with Industrial Bank International as the exclusive sponsor. According to information disclosed after the hearing, the company provides intelligent marketing services for enterprises using AI technology through its proprietary AI application products. During the reporting period, the company provided intelligent advertising placement services and intelligent data management through its two flagship platforms, AlphaDesk and AlphaData, respectively. The company is one of the earliest in China to apply AI technology to enterprise marketing and sales digitization. By integrating AI technology with business scenarios, the company has built a product foundation based on technology, data intelligence, and industry expertise. In addition to its existing flagship platforms, AlphaDesk and AlphaData, the company has launched DeepAgent in 2025, a series of enterprise AI intelligent body products that further enhance marketing automation and efficiency by connecting to open-source large language models.
