The latest data released by the National Energy Administration shows that, through statistical analysis of 57,600 highway charging facilities included in the national charging facility monitoring service platform, on the first day of the "May Day" holiday, the charging volume of new energy vehicles on highways reached 23.039 million kilowatt-hours, an increase of 55.6% compared to the same period last year, with over 946,300 charging services, setting a new historical record for the first day of the "May Day" holiday. The innovative charging data reflects the changes in the travel structure of residents in China. Currently, new energy vehicles have been fully integrated into people's daily lives. According to the Ministry of Transport's forecast, during the "May Day" holiday, the daily average number of new energy vehicles on national highways is about 15.4 million trips, accounting for 24%, an increase of 33% compared to the same period last year.
