Bamako news: The Bamako military prosecutor's office in Mali released a statement on the evening of the 1st saying that the military prosecutor's office in Bamako has launched an investigation into the "4.25" attack. The statement said that the current investigation shows that the individuals suspected of being involved in planning, coordinating, and carrying out the attack include active and retired military personnel as well as soldiers who are currently being discharged. In addition, some political figures, including former Malian National Assembly member Omar Mariko, have also been implicated.
