Regarding the incident where a delivery kitchen staff in Shunde, Guangdong was seen washing a broom in the pot and suspected of spitting saliva, on the evening of April 30, the official WeChat account of Dalang Street Office in Shunde District released a latest announcement stating that the food business license of the restaurant has been revoked, and the restaurant operator and the involved chef are prohibited from engaging in food production and business management work for five years. In the announcement, the Dalang Street Market Supervision and Management Office stated that on April 26, media reported hygiene issues in the kitchen of "Dwarf RadishJiangxi Cuisine Restaurant" in the Dalang area. The office immediately organized enforcement officers to conduct on-site inspections and initiated an investigation into the restaurant in accordance with the law.
