Huizhou in Guangdong Province has implemented a talent housing voucher policy: no restrictions on household registration or social security, with subsidies of up to 100,000 yuan.

According to the WeChat official account "Huizhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development" on April 30th, recently, the Huizhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, together with the City Finance Bureau and the City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, issued a subsidy policy for talent housing tickets. Qualified talents buying new commercial housing in Huizhou can directly apply for housing tickets to offset the purchase price, with a maximum subsidy of 100,000 yuan. The total amount of the policy is 100 million yuan, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
