According to data released by the Leju Research Center today, the total number of real estate transactions in Shenzhen in April 2026 was 9044 units, an increase of 15% month-on-month, breaking the 9000-unit mark again after 12 months. Among them, the total number of first-hand residential transactions was 3400, an increase of 20% month-on-month. Specifically, the pre-sale transactions of new houses were 1844, an increase of 17% month-on-month, and the on-sale transactions were 1556, an increase of 24% month-on-month; the number of second-hand residential transactions was 5644, an increase of 11% month-on-month.
