Asia's longest subway loop! The first phase of Wuhan Subway Line 12 is open.

The first phase of Wuhan Metro Line 12 is scheduled to commence initial operations on May 1, 2026 at 9:16 am. The total length of Line 12 is 59.9 kilometers, with the first phase being approximately 35.32 kilometers long. It starts at Gangdu Huayuan Station in Qingshan District, and ends at Moshuihu Gongyuan Station in Hanyang District, with a total of 23 underground stations.
