The official website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that Huoche Lala has updated its prospectus. According to the prospectus data, Huoche Lala's global transaction volume reached $13.32 billion in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 19.6%, with completed orders exceeding 1.027 billion, a year-on-year increase of 31.8%. At the same time, Huoche Lala's comprehensive commission rate for local freight transportation in the mainland China market has been consistently decreasing since 2023. By 2025, the comprehensive commission rate for local freight transportation in the mainland has decreased to 10.9%, while the corresponding rates in 2023 and 2024 were 12.2% and 11.4% respectively.
