SGMW Mobile announced that the company's board of directors has approved the proposal to issue A shares to designated individuals in 2026, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 7 billion RMB. The funds raised will be used for the integration of mobile communication industry in the sky, land, and space, mobile communication research and development projects, 6G research projects, and for supplementary working capital. This issuance still requires approval from China SGMW Group, approval from shareholders' meeting, approval from Shanghai Stock Exchange, and registration approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission.
