China Power (02380.HK) subsidiary Yuanda Engineering Company has entered into a general contracting agreement with Hechuan Power Plant for the construction of the desulfurization system for the Hechuan project.

Wisdom Finance News APP reported that China Power (02380.HK) announced on April 30, 2026, that Far East Engineering Company (an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) had signed a general contract with Hechuan Power Generation for the construction of the desulfurization system of the Hechuan project. According to the contract, Far East Engineering Company will provide system design, equipment procurement, construction installation, and other technical support services for the desulfurization system at a price of RMB 117.8 million (equivalent to approximately HK$134 million).
