The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Professor Xu Lizhi of Henderson Land Group (00010.HK) announced that he will not stand for re-election at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on April 30, 2026 due to his retirement. Therefore, he will resign from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company after the conclusion of the annual meeting.
