The Third Intermediate People's Court of Shanghai issued a notice on April 29, 2026, ruling to accept the application for reorganization from the applicant, Shanghai Jidu Automobile Co., Ltd., and to substantially consolidate and reorganize Shanghai Jidu Automobile Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jidu Technology Co., Ltd., Jidu Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Jidu Automobile Service Co., Ltd., Beijing Jidu Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jidu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.
