Fund Industry Association: Cancel registration of 12 private fund managers.

On April 30th, the China Securities Investment Fund Association announced that the registration of 12 private fund managers, including Qian Yi Derun Equity Investment Fund Limited Company, has been cancelled due to the expiration of the one-month public notice period and failure to proactively contact the association to complete a status report. The association will cancel the registration of these 12 institutions' private fund managers. Private fund managers and related parties who have been deregistered should properly dispose of funds under management in accordance with laws, regulations, CSRC regulations, association self-regulatory rules, and fund contracts, to legally protect the legitimate interests of investors.
