According to the National Medical Insurance Bureau, from January to March this year, the personal accounts of employee medical insurance jointly supported 1.15 billion people, with a total amount of 15.324 billion yuan. The funds in the personal accounts of employee medical insurance can be used for the personal burden of medical expenses incurred by close relatives at designated medical institutions, as well as for individual contributions to participate in basic medical insurance for residents and long-term care insurance. Currently, the joint support of personal accounts of employee medical insurance can be realized through instant calling of the linked individual accounts, medical insurance wallet, and other methods.
