Geely Automobile: Enters into Service Agreement with Cao Cao Mobility

Geely Auto announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on April 30th, it entered into a service agreement with Cao Cao Mobility, wherein the Group conditionally agreed to purchase corporate travel and event services from Cao Cao Mobility Group. For the three fiscal years ending on December 31, 2028, the proposed annual maximum limits under the service agreement are approximately RMB 9.34 billion, 9.94 billion, and 10.58 billion respectively.
