Beijing Yuntong: Transfer of 288 million shares by controlling shareholders and actual controllers completed

Jingyuntong announced that its controlling shareholder Jingyuntong Daxing, along with Gongying No. 16, Jingyuntong Daxing, and one of the actual controllers Feng Huanpei, have signed separate "share transfer agreements" to transfer 144 million shares and a total of 144 million unrestricted tradable shares. The transfer of related shares was completed on April 29 and April 28 respectively. This agreement will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholders, actual controllers, or control rights, and the transferee has promised not to reduce its holdings within 12 months.
