Hechuan Technology announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Xiangbin has terminated the concerted action relationship with Quzhou Hejie and Quzhou Hepeng, with no change in the number of shares held. Prior to the change, Wang Xiangbin and his concerted action parties collectively held 38.0279 million shares, accounting for 25.1818% of the total shares; after the change, Wang Xiangbin remains in concerted action with Qingchuan Investment, holding a total of 35.3436 million shares, accounting for 23.4042%, while Quzhou Hejie and Quzhou Hepeng are no longer in concerted action. This change will not result in any changes to the controlling shareholder or actual controller.
