Crowd Wisdom Consulting: Q1 Global OLED Smartphone Panel Shipments approximately 200 million units, with "polarized" demand driving significantly

According to the data from Guanzhi Consultation, in the first quarter of 2026, the global OLED smartphone panel shipment volume is approximately 200 million pieces, an increase of about 4.7% year-on-year. Among them, the shipment volume of flexible OLED is around 170 million pieces, with a year-on-year growth of about 19.3%. There is a "polarized" growth demand, mainly coming from two core supports: first, top manufacturers such as Apple and Samsung have strong procurement demand, driving a significant increase in flexible OLED panel shipments; second, Chinese panel manufacturers have significantly increased shipments to the smartphone repair market, becoming an important source of growth in the first quarter. Rigid OLED is being continuously replaced by flexible OLED products, with a shipment volume of about 36 million pieces in the first quarter, a year-on-year decrease of 32.9%, and market demand continues to contract.
