Chongqing: It is planned to promote the direct supply of green electricity to data facilities, and the proportion of green computing resources in new computing facilities will reach 80%.

Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Government issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and Enhancing the Development Level". It mentions that by 2030, the intelligent computing power scale of the Chengdu foothold hub node will reach 100,000P, with more than 10 artificial intelligence industry application pilot bases in the city, nurturing 20 vertical large models and 5 major projects with national influence, and achieving a daily average of word element calls ahead of the western region. It will strengthen the Chengdu national hub node of the national integrated computing power network. It will create a "East Data West Computing" core carrying area, focusing on the Chongqing data center cluster, promoting the construction of local high-performance intelligent computing infrastructure. It will enhance the quality and capacity of the Chongqing computing power base, iterate the national computing power dispatch platform, realize flexible dispatch and unified service of diverse heterogeneous computing power, strengthen the linkage of "Xinjiang electricity entering Chongqing" and "Xinjiang computing entering Chongqing", promote direct supply of green electricity to data facilities, and achieve a green power resource ratio of 80% for new computing facilities, accelerating the application of green energy saving and source grid load storage technologies.
