The China Meteorological Administration continued to issue a blue alert for strong winds at 06:00 on April 30. It is expected that from 08:00 on April 30 to 08:00 on May 1, there will be 5-6 level winds in some areas of eastern and southern Xinjiang, northwestern and southern Qinghai, northern Tibet, western Gansu, Ningxia, western and northeastern Inner Mongolia, central Heilongjiang, and western Jilin, with gusts reaching 7-8 levels. In particular, in the mountainous areas of eastern Xinjiang, wind speeds can reach levels 7-8, with gusts of 9-10; in the eastern part of the East China Sea, there will be strong winds of levels 7-8, with gusts of 9-10.
