Zhtng Cijng APP news, Yingtai Medical (01501.HK) announced that on April 29, 2026, the company intends to acquire a 35% stake in Pulin Medical by Ms. Li Xiaoling, Ms. Chen Xiao, and Ms. Li Shaowei, with a total consideration (including tax) of 31.2853 million yuan. After the completion of the equity acquisition, Pulin Medical will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
